Knowledge Base

The OPSIS Support Product Knowledge Database will enable you to search for answers to issues you might have while using OPSIS products.

You can search by Product Type.

Simply enter the "keywords" you want to search for. Normally the search is based on the knowledge base article Description, but you can tick an option to search through the whole of the article text as well if the normal search does not initially produce any results.

When you click the link below the Knowledge Base Search Form will open up in a new browser window (you may need to allow popups for our site in your browser if it prevents the popup working).

If you cannot find an answer to your query in the Knowledge Base, please let us know and we will update the database to provide some information relevant to your question, which will be useful for future searches by other OPSIS customers also.

The Knowledge Base is a tool that we endeavour to keep up to date with solutions to the questions you ask of it.

However its database may not provide an answer for your particular problem, so we apologise and ask that you tell us about your problem and what information you think is missing.
