Excluding public and bank holidays times are as follows;
OPSIS provide support out of business hours by special arrangement only, although there are other occasions when additional support cover is arranged, e.g. to cover financial year end, or Christmas holiday periods.
The OPSIS User Group accommodates all of our customers, using Millennium Accounts, Millennium Solo, Solicitor Case Manager, PMS and SPS alike and OPSIS organises annual meetings, one for each region, England, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland purely for the benefit of OPSIS users.
This is your chance to give us feedback on our service and put forward your opinions on how you want to see our products developed in the future.
The meetings also include updates on all of the OPSIS products with talks and presentations from the User Group Chairman and OPSIS - so this is not only a good opportunity to find out the latest news and developments, but also a chance to put some names to faces of people you speak to when you call in to log your support queries!
The OPSIS Forum is intended for UK Legal Cashiers, Accountants & Solicitors.
It is a free Online Forum initiative, sponsored by OPSIS and originally requested by members of the OPSIS User Group.

The OPSIS Helpdesk Team use NetViewer Client for remote support access to your computer.
Click here when asked to by our Support Team.
Netviewer is the easy-to-use utility that our support team uses to "see" your computer's desktop.
Simply download this small program as instructed by our staff and we will be able to get direct, but safe and secure access to your machine.
Control of the computer can be passed between yourself and our operator, easily and intuitively.
It's quick, easy, reliable and totally private!

Netviewer can work both ways, and in some circumstances we can use it to "show" you our computer desktop.
This is very handy for our Sales teams to perform occasional Online Demonstrations of our products, provided you have a fast enough Internet connection.
The support from Opsis is excellent especially with the new option of Netviewer. We have used this several times and find it excellent. It is quick and simple to use and removes the worry of not being fully computer literate in order to correct any difficulties we may be having.
Jane O’Brien, Dillons, Dundrum
Netviewer is a great feature in that if a problem arises and needs to be dealt with urgently, help is only a “click” away. I was able to follow what the Support Staff member was doing onscreen to solve the problem. I also learned a few tips and shortcuts which were invaluable!

ONLY £100.00 for 1st hour!
There are a multitude of solid business reasons why firms should invest in ongoing training and generally only 2 reasons why they don't:-
COST and INCONVENIENCE !
Hourly Netviewer training overcomes both of these objections by making secure low cost tailored training sessions available to you at your premises over the internet. This is a "live" personal session (not a pre-packaged video course), which means you can ask our trainer questions at any time.
Safe, Secure, Instant and Private
To ensure adequate performance your computer must have:-

We
will then guide you through a quick and easy download
of a small piece of secure software called Netviewer that allows you to 'see' our desktop on your computer
during the training session, while simultaneously speaking
to you on your phone.

Customising your system to fit your requirements is an important aspect of post-installation configuration which we work with you to achieve.
At OPSIS we recognise that no two Practices are the same. The software can be implemented simply as an off-the-shelf product, but has the added advantage of being totally customised.
Our Technical Support team will ensure seamless installation of your system. The team visit your offices and work alongside your workforce to identify work practices that are specific to the organisation.
Are you considering upgrading or renewing your existing computer system? If you are considering switching from another software product we are usually able to save you considerable time and effort by importing its data into our products.
Converting the data from your existing system to OPSIS' accounts software ensures a smooth transition to your new OPSIS system.
There are 2 options available:
Standard Data Conversion:
Advanced Data Conversion:
|
The conversion will be managed carefully from start to finish by our Project Manager.
Each part of the process is fully explained and accompanied by comprehensive documentation, so you know exactly what information can be transferred and how it will appear in your new OPSIS system.
First we run a Test conversion, which enables you to check the integrity of the data conversion. Once you are happy with the converted test data, we then run the full "Live" data conversion.
We have a wealth of experience in converting data from a wide variety of legal accounting systems, having performed nearly 100 conversions to date.
For more information on what a data conversion involves please

Data Protection Act 1998Support and Data Conversion Policy re Data Protection Act 1998 As a software house we naturally have to perform work of a support or conversion nature on the databases that our software products use. In some instances this will require our customers to send a backup copy of a database to OPSIS' offices for us to fix a problem, or so we can upgrade or convert the database from one software format to another. We may also need to remotely access your computer system for the purpose of supporting our software products. Click here for our Support and Data Conversion Policy regarding the Data Protection Act (you will be taken to the OPSIS head office website). |
